Program Overview

Information about the structure of the parallel sessions

  • Parallel sessions will take place at the ground floor (room N01-N02-N03) and at the first floor (N10 to room N19) of the Velodromo building.
  • Most parallel session at GEOINNO2022 will last for 1 hour and 40 minutes without breaks, but Parallel sessions 1 and 4 will last 2 hours and 5 minutes.
  • The session rooms will be equipped with projector and a PC. Please make sure to bring your slides on an USB stick and to transfer them to this PC before the start of the session.
  • In Parallel sessions 1 and 4 you will have 30 minutes per paper, including Q&As. Please foresee a maximum of 25 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
  • In Parallel sessions 2, 3, 5 and 6 you will have 25 minutes per paper, including Q&As. Please foresee a maximum of 18-20 minutes for your presentation and 5-7 minutes for discussion.
  • The session chair will be responsible for the schedule of the session.
