The 6th Geography of Innovation Conference (GEOINNO2022) takes place in Milan, Italy, on 4th – 6th July 2022. Any interested scholars, students and stakeholders are welcome to attend this conference, whether or not they have a paper accepted for presentation.
GEOINNO2022 will be held in person only, and will only take place if it is possible to adhere to all standing COVID-19 health regulations. In the worst case scenario, the 6th Geography of Innovation Conference will be postponed.

Each conference participant will only be allowed to present maximum one paper. Co-authored papers may be presented by any of the participating co-authors.
Papers that were not linked to a registrant by the registration close date 6th May, will be taken out of the conference programme.

Full GEOINNO2022 attendance: € 355 (€ 290,98 VAT excl.)
Full GEOINNO2022 attendance for PhD fellows and students: € 250 (€ 204,92 VAT excl.)
The attendance fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, and social events.
PhD fellows and students will be able to register for full GEOINNO2022 attendance at a reduced fee of € 250. The requirement to qualify for this fee level is that the person is a student or PhD fellow at the time of registration. The GEOINNO2022 Organising Committee reserves the right to ask for documentation confirming eligibility.
If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the conference fees are refunded in full.
Substitutions/name change of the registrant may be allowed. Requests for substitutions (including a written permission from the original registrant) will only be considered by approaching the Organising Committee on contact@geoinno2022.com.
Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. Milan offers a wide range of accommodation options, both in terms of standards and rates. It is, however, advised to make the reservations prior to arrival.
